Motivational Monday’s




I wanted to start start off and tell you a little about me. I am a 28 years old country girl, with a sleeping disorder called narcolepsy. The disorder is one of the main reasons, besides spiritual growth, that I’ve decided to change my lifestyle. I know the yogic lifestyle won’t be easy, but I know it’s worth. My sleeping disorder causes me to have sleep attacks, insomina, and sleepdeprivation symptoms. The yogic lifestyle will help me get a hold on life. With healthy eating habits and a daily yoga regiment, should be able to turn my life around 10-fold. It’s time for me to seize the day as they. There is too much knowledge out here for me to sit and not try to put what I’ve learned to work! I’m going to take everyday by strom and put my best foot forward. At the end of the day every step is a step towards my goal! Today when I get off I’m going to think about my daily routine and try to figure out where I can implement some me time. Once I’ve got a That down I need to know and understand what it my body and soul need out of this journey. I know one of the things is discipline lol! Take everyday and use it to its fullest!!
