Long Time, Training Update!


Hello Everyone, 
This last month of March was amazing for me! I’m learning more poses and implementing yoga into my everyday life and I love it! Got my first hand stand on the wall I’m excited!!! What I’ve done is incorporated a daily schedule to where my day starts off with a yoga routine and meditation! What I’ve come to learn about this area of my life is that with determination anything is possible!

I’ve made a goal for myself to make yoga and holistic living my life. Goddess Glow Industries will come alive this year! So the main goal is to start my yoga teachings the first week of May 2019. This way I will be able to start growing my class size for the summer time. I’ve found some venues to hold my classes and I’m super excited! I literally can’t wait to start building my dream!

I’ve been working on terminology. I know the main 4 poses are Tadasana or Mountain Pose, Dandasana or Staff Pose, and Bharmanasana or Table Pose! As I learn each pose I focus on the information. Each pose has a benefit it provides to the human body! The reason we do yoga is to strengthen a physical and mental at the same time. What this does is open up somewhat of a passage to your inner oneness or soul essence! There is literally a pose for everything from stress, ailments of specific points in the body! 

I am truly blessed and I can’t wait to start teaching holistic living and yoga full time!!! Stay tuned on this journey with lol!! It is a learning process!!
