Long Time, Training Update!


Hello Everyone, 
This last month of March was amazing for me! I’m learning more poses and implementing yoga into my everyday life and I love it! Got my first hand stand on the wall I’m excited!!! What I’ve done is incorporated a daily schedule to where my day starts off with a yoga routine and meditation! What I’ve come to learn about this area of my life is that with determination anything is possible!

I’ve made a goal for myself to make yoga and holistic living my life. Goddess Glow Industries will come alive this year! So the main goal is to start my yoga teachings the first week of May 2019. This way I will be able to start growing my class size for the summer time. I’ve found some venues to hold my classes and I’m super excited! I literally can’t wait to start building my dream!

I’ve been working on terminology. I know the main 4 poses are Tadasana or Mountain Pose, Dandasana or Staff Pose, and Bharmanasana or Table Pose! As I learn each pose I focus on the information. Each pose has a benefit it provides to the human body! The reason we do yoga is to strengthen a physical and mental at the same time. What this does is open up somewhat of a passage to your inner oneness or soul essence! There is literally a pose for everything from stress, ailments of specific points in the body! 

I am truly blessed and I can’t wait to start teaching holistic living and yoga full time!!! Stay tuned on this journey with lol!! It is a learning process!!

Tree Pose and Downward Dog Mastery




Well it is week two of my yogic journey and it’s going pretty well overall. I’m working on my yoga skills more than once a week now lol! I find myself just doing poses sometimes just sitting around 😂!

My next focus for my over all life style is working out a routine to incorporate next week. I want to build a weekly yoga plan I can incorporate into my daily life. 
I don’t want to pressure myself that’s why I will use this week to truly prepare, which is something I haven’t done in the past.

This week I will continue working on my downward dog. I’m getting closer to my heels touching the ground and that feels great!! With tree pose I need to work on balancing, especially on the right side. With a little practice I’ll get that leg higher and the balance down!! So for so good!

Downward Dog & Mountain Pose Mastery




Today, I decided to start my weekly studies. Each week I will be focusing on a specific yoga pose and perfecting it! In my life I’ve noticed that I do better with structure and consistency. One of the biggest things about this yogic journey is knowing oneself and respecting it. I’ve learned a lot about myself recently. I am almost a completely different person, but that’s what this journey is about. I am adopting a lifestyle, and with that many changes will come.
The yogic lifestyle I am choosing to embody is my own and I can’t wait to live my dreams. So, let’s talk about this weeks poses. This week I will be mastering Downward Dog and The Mountain Pose (Tadasana). Now, Mountain pose is simple. Literally you are just standing still on you mat, feet planted to the ground. Mountain pose connects you to your inner oneness. 
Let’s move on to Downward Dog or Adho Mukha Svanasana. The Downward Dog is a pose is a therapeutic and rejuvenating pose. It helps calm the mind and life spirits! You will find that Downward Dog helps with digestion, fatigue and blood flow! Now, in order to master Downward Dog, I need to get to the point where my heels touch the ground. Once I can do that I’ll move to variations mastery lol! Just journey is so interesting... I have just learned so much already! 
My narcolepsy causes extreme fatigue, so this move could help with my overall energy if I incorporate it into my life. My sleeping disorder causes me to have random sleep attacks during the day due to exhaustion! I’m waiting on some things to go through in regards to my health that could really change my life. It’s all about manifestation! You have to go out the and take control of your by staying positive and living this life the best way you can! Stay tuned!! The positive and the negative hold equal ranks in our world. Where there is positive energy, there will be negative energies and where there is negative there will be positive! In simple terms, there will always be haters. They want what they don’t have, and in this case it’s that amazing positive energy that helps you do well in life! They want to try and take that energy for themselves, that’s why from time to time you’ll  hear people say how they love to be around you but when they are they have nothing positive to say about. You can literally fill your soul energy being suck away. Remember hurt people hurt! They want to feel the light but they can’t do it along so they fed off of positive people (trolling at its finest). Don’t fall victim to negative energy and start to manifest negative outcomes in your life!

Motivational Monday’s




I wanted to start start off and tell you a little about me. I am a 28 years old country girl, with a sleeping disorder called narcolepsy. The disorder is one of the main reasons, besides spiritual growth, that I’ve decided to change my lifestyle. I know the yogic lifestyle won’t be easy, but I know it’s worth. My sleeping disorder causes me to have sleep attacks, insomina, and sleepdeprivation symptoms. The yogic lifestyle will help me get a hold on life. With healthy eating habits and a daily yoga regiment, should be able to turn my life around 10-fold. It’s time for me to seize the day as they. There is too much knowledge out here for me to sit and not try to put what I’ve learned to work! I’m going to take everyday by strom and put my best foot forward. At the end of the day every step is a step towards my goal! Today when I get off I’m going to think about my daily routine and try to figure out where I can implement some me time. Once I’ve got a That down I need to know and understand what it my body and soul need out of this journey. I know one of the things is discipline lol! Take everyday and use it to its fullest!!

Easy 30 min. Vegetarian Pasta Recipe


Cooking Time: 30 mins
Vegetarian Pasta


Things Needed
1. Noodles (any)
2. Pasta Sauce
3. Tomato Paste
4. Peas (any veggie)
5. Butter
6. Your favorite seasonings

Start by boiling your noodles. Add seasonings to your noodles while they are cooking for extra flavor. While the noodles cook, grab your sauces. Mix your sauces, peas, and butter in a pan. Let your sauce cook for about 5- 10 mins. Drain your noodles and add your sauce!


This was fun! It felt good to put my knowledge to use.I can't wait to get more creative in my food options. I hope you try this recipe and enjoy it as much as did!

And The Journey Begins!



Today marks day 1 of my yogic journey! My name is Shinead, I am what I like to call, a yogi in training. For the last 3 years I have been a spiritual coach and blogger. Along my path I have been able to help so many people! I've learned so much as well it's crazy. I learned very fast during this journey that you have to walk the walk and talk the talk.

Over the past few months I have had to deal with several spiritual blocks. My passion for the spiritual blog faded and I realized I had to move on. I seriously had to sit down and ask myself what's next!


I decided that I wanted to take myself to a higher level spiritually, mentally, and physically. In order achieve this I realized that I had some learning! From my research I felt my soul resonates most with the yogi lifestyle.

I have decided to change my life habits. Today marks the first day of my yogi journey and I'm pumped! I started the challenge off right by making a vegetarian pasta and it's actually pretty darn good! I've grabbed me some great books and resources, now im ready to get this journey up and going. I can't wait to go on this journey and grow my connection with the soul and my inner oneness! I can't wait to see what life has instore for me, can you?
